Hello there ! I'm Carla Sotelo, a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I'm sincerely honored to be in this profession and truly love the work I do! My background experience comes from treating diverse populations through Santa Barbara County Mental Health Services (Specialty Mental Health Services/higher level of care) and therapeutic non-profit organizations. I've worked with children, teens, families and adults from various walks of life and have background proficiency in a wide range of mental health related issues. I'm committed to supporting you become a healthier and renewed version of yourself. My intention is that you feel the ability to unravel your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. My therapeutic approach is client centered, transparent and compassionate . My hope is that you feel heard and seen no matter how minor or severe your issues may be.
